RF measurement laboratory

Our measurement laboratory is equipped with an RF measurement section and a general validation section. All our developed RF Power Applications and ASICs can be measured and validated.

RF measurement laboratory

We characterize and validate state of art RF devices at our lab facility in Borne. By using fully automated test benches we are able to minimize the turnaround time without compromising on the characterization and validation of the Device Under Test (DUT).

Key RF parameters

We are specialized in measuring many different key RF parameters, including:

  • noise figure
  • S-parameters, K-factor, group delay
  • intermodulation distortion (IMD/IPx)
  • spurious emissions, harmonics
  • compression point (PxdB)
  • Adjacent channel power ratio (ACLR)
  • Peak-to-average ratio compression (PARc)

Our lab is equipped with e.g.:

  • Vector network analyzer (24 GHz, 4 port)
  • Spectrum analyzer (26 GHz)
  • Vector signal generators (6 GHz)
  • RF power meters (33 GHz)
  • Power supplies
  • Multimeters
  • Noise source / Faraday cage
  • Driver amplifiers (0.8-4.0 GHz, 100 Watt)
  • Thermo streamer

We operate using a small dedicated team that is familiar with designing and implementing new measurements. We are flexible in our way of working and are always looking for new challenging measurements to perform.
